REMINDER: FREE OF CHARGE AND CONVENIENT ONLINE BILL PAYMENT OPTION

Please be informed once more that as of 01 August 2024, all payments made through EasyPay www.solplaatje.online and other third-party payment providers are free of charge; meaning no extra fees are charged.

Encouragement: Take advantage of these convenient and secure online payment platforms in paying your municipal accounts.

Benefits: Online payment services are designed to save you time, provide a hassle-free payment experience, and can be done from the comfort of your home.

Important Information: The municipality will be phasing out the issuing of printed accounts statements from next month. Customers are urged to view or download accounts from the portal www.solplaatje.online. The forwarding of accounts via Email and SMS continues. Customers are also encouraged to update their contact details on the web portal or call the municipality’s Customer-Care 053 830 6585/6911.
